Simon & Patrick have long been referred to as the "Canadian Martin." This gorgeous guitar is as well-made and sounds as gorgeous as its American counterpart for a significantly lower cost. I like this twelve-string for its full-bodied sound and resonance. Even without plugging in, the sound can fill a room!

Mentioning plugging in, I wished to have the ability to use this infant for performing so I had a luthier set up a preamp/pickup in the endpin to prevent cutting into the wood. The preamp is amazingly effective and enables the noise to rattle a few windows or get performance hall noise in a small space. I never did take it out of your house after all and it's only been played gently; it's in near-mint condition and has been keepinged in a temperature- and humidity-controlled, smoke-free space. I find myself needing the space and it's time to discover a new house for this beautiful child.
